George Soros still meddling in US elections

Talk about “meddling” in U.S. elections–Russia has nothing on left-wing billionaire George Soros, who recently poured money into his favored candidate in the Philadelphia district attorney’s race.

Thanks to the $1.45 million Soros gave to fund a super PAC in support of progressive lawyer Larry Krasner, Philadelphia residents will likely win the general election in November, despite the fact that he has never worked as a prosecutor.

Krasner was not a favorite to win until Soros invested in him, and from then on, it was an easy victory. According to a report in the Philadelphia Inquirer, “Soros changed the game.”

This is how Soros has been affecting American elections for years: He chooses local left-wing candidates and then gives them tons of money; the kind of money that might be used in national political campaigns. He also funds subversive organizations like Black Lives Matter, and his pet projects are reforming the police, letting up on drug laws and relaxing immigration laws. So, in his efforts to reach his agenda, he makes sure like-minded district attorneys such as Krasner get elected.

In another example, Soros dumped $600,000 into Houston’s district attorney’s race last fall, helping Democrat Kim Ogg to become a judge. Right after she was sworn in, Ogg moved to decriminalize marijuana in direct opposition to U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ call for stricter enforcement of the nation’s drug laws.

In 2015 and 2016, Soros spent more than $7 million in his efforts to influence local prosecutorial races. And since the man’s pockets are very deep, there is literally no end in sight to the local races he will actively throw.

Whitney Tymas, an officer for the Soros-funded super PAC in Philadelphia, claimed that the billionaire gave them money to support Krasner “because of his commitment to public safety and criminal justice reform.”

Like the criminal operative he is, Soros works from the shadows and reportedly never even met Krasner. Krasner said the following in his victory speech:

“I think everybody realizes that the vast majority of police officers in Philadelphia are really good people. Like me, they hate bad police officers and they need the backing of law enforcement to make sure that the good police officers are promoted, that the good police officers have room to do their job, that the good police officers are safe, and that the bad police officers who endanger them and who cause there to be disrespect and a rift between them and the community are out of the way.”

Krasner spoke like a gentleman, but his supporters showed their true colors, chanting as the results came in, “No good cops in a racist system!”
