On Friday, Sean Hannity became the next Fox News host to be accused of sexual harassment, an accusation he is not taking lightly, pointing to the recent attacks on conservative voices and noting his accuser has continuously tried to slander his and others’ reputations throughout the years.

With the sudden removal of Bill O’Reilly just dying down in the media, Debbie Schlussel, a former Fox News contributor and Sean Hannity guest, brought Fox News back into the spotlight by taking to the radio on Friday and accusing its next biggest star of continuously inviting her to his hotel room while the two were in Detroit together.

Schlussel, a political commentator and attorney, told the “Pat Campbell Show” that when she refused Hannity’s invitation, he proceeded not to invite her back on his show.

“He tried to get me to go back to the hotel after the show … after he and his executive producer Bill Shine treated me horribly,” she claimed.

After her spot on the radio, Schlussel tweeted the following:

“Hannity also got mad at me when I briefly became a redhead and wasn’t blonde and argued w me saying my pants size was 4, which was creepy.”

If #FOXNews were really serious about dumping harassers, Sean Hannity and Ailes Pimps Bill Shine and Margaret Scott would be gone #gop #MAGA

Although Schlussel did not give a date for the alleged harassment, and neither can outlets such as LawNewz.com verify that she ever met with Hannity in Detroit, several mainstream media outlets are already running the story.

Hannity insists the claims are “100%” false and is seeking swift legal action against Schlussel, who he calls a “serial harasser.”

For instance, in 2010, Schlussel wrote on her blog that the “Freedom Alliance,” a charity for war veterans that Hannity supports, was a “huge scam” that skimmed donations.

Hannity, who reportedly has given more than a million dollars to the charity, was adamantly defended by its founder and president, Thomas Kilgannon. In a letter to donors, he wrote, “The blog posting accuses our friend Sean Hannity of personally benefiting from Freedom Alliance. This is FALSE. Freedom Alliance has never provided planes, hotels, cars, limos, or anything else to Sean. Sean gets nothing from Freedom Alliance except our gratitude for his personal generosity and for all he has done to help the troops and our organization.”

Sean Hannity has released the following statement to LawNewz.com:

“LET ME BE CLEAR THE COMMENTS ABOUT ME ON A RADIO SHOW THIS WEEK by this individual ARE 100% false and a complete fabrication.

This individual is a serial harasser who has been lying about me for well over a decade. The individual has a history of making provably false statements against me in an effort to slander, smear and besmirch my reputation.

The individual has not just slandered me over the years but many people who this individual disagrees with.

This individual desperately seeks attention by any means necessary, including making unfounded personal attacks and using indefensible and outrageous political rhetoric.

My patience with this individual is over. I have retained a team of some of the finest and toughest lawyers in the country who are now in the process of laying out the legal course of action we will be taking against this individual.

In this fiercely divided and vindictive political climate, I will no longer allow slander and lies about me to go unchallenged, as I see a coordinated effort afoot to now silence those with conservative views. I will fight every single lie about me by all legal means available to me as an American.”
