A Muslim teenager who was reportedly harassed and called a ‘terrorist’ by three men on a NYC Subway, is now missing.

UPDATE from the Mineola Patch:   “UPDATED at 2 a.m. Saturday: Yasmin Seweid, 18, of New Hyde Park, has been located early Saturday, according to Nassau County Police.  Police said they did not have information on where Seweid was located or if she is in good condition.”

Yasmin Seweid, 18, of New Hyde Park, Long Island, has been reported missing by her father on Thursday after she didn’t show up for her college classes at Baruch College, in NYC. Nassau County Police have opened a Missing Persons investigation.

Seweid claimed that at about 10 PM on December 1st, she left Baruch and rode the 6 Train on the NYC Subway system.

The DailymailUK stated that allegedly three men attempted to pull her hijab off her head as she sat on the train. The men also called her a  “[email protected]#[email protected]# terrorist” and told her to “take that rag off your head.”

Seweid added that the men repeatedly mentioned Trump’s name and told her to go back to her country. She posted her traumatic experience on Facebook, which quickly went viral and her post received 2700 reactions.

Seweid wrote, “No matter how “cultured” or “Americanized” I am, these people don’t see me as an American. It breaks my heart that so many individuals chose to be bystanders while watching me get harassed verbally and physically by these disgusting pigs.”

Seweid was last seen wearing a black jacket, black head scarf, black yoga pants and a blue sweater and was carrying a bag containing clothing.
