HOT AIR BALLOON CRASHES IN TEXAS — 16 DEAD (video)

A hot air balloon carrying 16 people crashed in central Texas after catching fire in the air on Saturday morning, the FAA said.

There were no survivors in the crash.

The balloon crashed into a pasture shortly after 7:40 a.m. near Lockhart, Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Lynn Lunsford said.
