David Tepper is a billionaire.  But before he made his billions, former NJ Gov. Jon Corzine was his boss at Goldman Sacs.  Corzine passed over Tepper for a promotion.  This pissed off Tepper who ended up leaving Goldman Sacs to start his own hedge fund.  Thus, a few years later he becomes a billionaire.

Four years ago, David Tepper bought the Hamptons home shown in the above picture for $43.5 million.  It just so happens to be the former home of Corzine.  The failed governor lost the home to his wife after an ugly divorce.  Corzine is said to have loved the home.   So Tepper knocked the home down to the ground.

Today, the 6,165-square foot house is complete (shown below). “You could say there was a little justice in the world,” Tepper told New York Magazine.
