Ivanka Trump opened up to Fox News this 4th of July about what makes her a proud American, especially since becoming first daughter of the United States.
Considering her important position within her father’s administration, the eldest Trump daughter talked about how her extensive travels throughout the country as a member of the first family has changed her definition of what it means to be a proud American.
She commented about “the spirit, the tenacity, and the sacrifice” she has been able to witness so many Americans make.
She knows that without everyday Americans, some being soldiers, her position of power wouldn’t hold much merit.
It is a positive message considering the political arena is wrought with so much negativity. Despite this negative environment, a person like Ivanka, who is constantly on the front lines of said negativity, is seeing her faith in the country increase.
