JUST IN: Greta out at MSNBC!

Former Fox News star, Greta Van Susteren left the number one cable news network shortly after it rid of CEO, Roger Ailes.  A few months later Greta announced she was joining MSNBC.  She’s been at the liberal-leaning news network hosting the 6pm show for nearly six months.  Today, she put out a tweet stating she is no longer part of the network.

Her tweet read, “I am out at MSNBC.”

MSNBC President Phil Griffin responded by saying the following about Van Susteren, “she is a well-regarded television veteran and one of only a few broadcasters who can say they’ve hosted shows at all three major cable news networks.” He concluded, “We are grateful to her and wish her the best.”

According to Vanity Fair, Van Susteren will be permanently replaced by Ari Melber next month.

It is believed she is gone because Van Susteren’s show struggled to grab viewers.
