JUST IN: Griffin and attorney Lisa Bloom accuse Trump of ruining her image

Kathy Griffin, who published her own ISIS-themed propaganda this week depicting the decapitation of President Trump, held a press conference with her new high-profile attorney, Lisa Bloom, Friday morning.

Bloom blasted out her defense of Griffin’s right to free speech and artistic expression. She blamed President Trump and his family for the suffering Griffin has endured as a result of her criticism of Trump, including the loss of her job with CNN.

“It is Trump who should apologize for his ‘blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever’ comments,” Bloom declared, stating that was the original reason Kathy then posed for a photo, holding up a “Trump mask” with blood coming out of the eyes and the “where ever.”

Bloom claimed that Griffin “never imagined” her art could be misinterpreted as an act of violence against Trump, and said her apology “should have been the end of it,” but instead she has endured “the most powerful man in America and his family targeting her” after she apologized.

“I’m not afraid of Donald Trump, he’s a bully,” Griffin stated. “Regarding the image I participated in, the apology still stands,” she said, “but I just wanted to say, if you don’t stand up, you get run over.”  But she alleged that this is the first time the President of the United States, the First Lady, and his grown children, “are trying to ruin me forever.”

She claimed she is enduring death threats because of the bullying she’s received. “This president is going to come after me? He picked the wrong red-head,” she claimed.

“I’m going to make fun of the president, and I’m going to make fun of him more now,” she said.  “I’m under a secret service investigation,” she lamented. “I’ve had everyone turn on me, and I just want to make people laugh,” she added, starting to cry.
