Kim Kardashian, star of the reality TV show, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” is no stranger to nudity. A new photo released by the camera-loving star via her Instagram account is the latest example of her comfort with such displays.

Posted the day before reports that she and her husband, singer Kanye West, are expecting their third child, a photo of 36-year-old Kim wearing nothing but boots and climbing a tree, bears the caption: “So honored to have been photographed by Mert and Marcus for their book new book! 20 years in the making! It’s out Sept 7th.”

The “Mert and Marcus” referenced are Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, two fashion photographers who featured Kim in their new book.

Mert also posted the picture to his Instagram account, with the caption: “NIGHT BIRD one of the [pages] from our new book with Kim Kardashian. Book out on SEPTEMBER 7 th.”

In both pictures, stars are photo-shopped on Kim’s breasts, so she isn’t completely nude on the social media site. Since Kim posted her version, it has received over 1.2 million likes.

Kim has two babies with rapper Kanye West: daughter North, 4, and son Saint, 21 months.

Both pregnancies resulted in a potentially life-threatening situation for Kim, who was diagnosed with placenta accreta, a condition that can lead to severe hemorrhaging during labor.

Turning to surrogacy in order to have a third baby, the couple is expecting another child at the end of January, according to reports.
