Likely 2020 candidate pushes for abortion but wants gun control claiming US slaughters babies

Pro-abortion Democratic California Senator Kamala Harris apparently didn’t realize what she was saying when she spoke on MSNBC Thursday denouncing a society that permits the “slaughter of babies”.

“We have to have smart gun safety laws. And we cannot tolerate a society and live in a country with any level of pride when our babies are being slaughtered,” she said on Thursday to MSNBC Congressional Correspondent Garrett Haake. (see below)

Haake praised the liberal lawmaker for expressing “moral outrage” while demanding gun control in the wake of the tragic Florida school shooting and asked: “The question is, can that level of outrage be sustained, and can it be translated into anything on Capitol Hill?”

Answering his own question, Haake noted, “History says no. But everyone here, I think, is hoping, perhaps, this time’s different.”

Activist and anchor Stephanie Ruhle chimed in: “Garrett, we’ve got to have more than conversations. It’s certainly time for action.”

Missing amid all the praise of the Senator’s warning that “babes are being slaughtered” was any mention of Harris’s radical pro-abortion views and the fact that millions of unborn children have been “slaughtered” since the Roe v. Wade decision.

As California Attorney General, Harris infamously ordered the raid of the home of Center for Medical Progress investigator David Daleiden after he exposed Planned Parenthood executives on video discussing the illegal sale of aborted baby body parts. Rather than investigate the nation’s largest abortion provider, Harris, who’s Senate campaign received over $81,000 from Planned Parenthood, decided to investigate Daleiden instead.

Perhaps MSNBC should have mentioned some of that context before touting the Senator’s concern for the welfare of “babies.”
