A 67-year-old white Louisiana Judge, Mike Erwin allegedly called a black female patron a “fat n*****” at a Lousiana eatery.

The NY Daily reports that the 19th Judicial District’s senior judge went on a racist diatribe while eating at Sammy’s Grill, a seafood restaurant in Baton Rouge.

The black customer, Kaneitra Johnson, who was verbally attacked by Erwin, shared her traumatic experience in a Facebook post last weekend.

Her story quickly spread on social media and many inquired how Judge Erwin would be reprimanded for his actions.

Johnson recalled the incident from Feb. 3, when she and friends were waiting for two hours to be seated at the eatery and decided to take a seat at the bar.

While at the bar, Johnson and her friend began chatting with a Lyft driver.

Johnson recalled to reporters at Rogue Collection“[The Lyft driver] was sitting and I was standing that entire time. He stepped away to the restroom so I sat in the seat until he got back. When he got back, I asked if he wanted to have his seat back and he said, ‘No. I’m about to go anyway. But before I leave I do need my jacket.'”

Next, she recounts: “All of a sudden, I hear this older man behind me tell the Lyft driver, ‘You never give up your seat for a n*gger.’”

As Johnson and the driver remained side by side, the older man continued, “You should have made her get her fat n*gger a** up.”

The driver replied, “Well, this is my seat while I’m sitting in the seat. When I’m not in the seat it should be anyone’s seat.”

Johnson later learned that the man hurling the racial slurs at her was Judge Mike Erwin.

The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s department was called following the argument between the patrons but no arrests were made, reports The Daily UK.

It is also reported that the manager, Andy McKay of Sammy’s Grill, gave this statement: “I wasn’t there that night, so I can’t comment on the details, but I know police were called. I can also tell you that the owner, Sammy Nagem, has made it clear that Judge Erwin is no longer welcome here.”
