Anthony Scaramucci, a top aide to President Elect Donald Trump, states a major entertainer will be performing at the Presidential inauguration in January.
According to The Hill, Scaramucci, the vice chairman of the presidential inaugural committee, told BBC’s “HARDtalk” Tuesday, “Elton John is going to be doing our concert on the [national] mall for Inauguration.”
“This will be the first American president in U.S. history that enters the White House with a pro-gay rights stance,” added Scaramucci, who is also a member of the presidential transition team’s executive committee.

An Elton John aide, contradicted that statement, telling the New York Post, “Elton will not be performing at Trump’s inauguration,” the representative said. The Post added that Trump is a huge fan of John, often playing songs like the pop star’s “Tiny Dancer” on the campaign trail.
