Malia Obama Pictured Yet Again with Drug Paraphernalia (see photo)

Last month she was caught on camera smoking pot at a music festival (video). Then a week later she attends a party shut down by the police. Today, Malia Obama is immersed in another scandal or sorts, as new pictures are circulating around social media of her next to a bong used for smoking weed. The photo is snapped at a UPenn frat house.

Malia in August smoking pot.

The 18-year-old is seen sporting a crimson baseball hat with an H on it –  no, not for “Hillary,” but rather a nod to her future alma mater. Malia, after her gap year, will be attending Harvard in fall 2017.  It’s the same college her father attended.

Also in the photo, Malia is wearing the same distinctive ‘Smoking Kills’ T-shirt that she was wearing at the Budweiser Made in America festival in Philadelphia. It’s a rather ironic image that Malia would be wearing such a t-shirt next to a bong, of all things.

There have been allegations of the picture being altered, but celebrity photographer and expert in Photoshop Alan Barry confirmed the picture is what it actually is. “I have examined the image in detail,” Barry said. “Specifically, her image was not added or overplayed in anyway to another image to create the final photo. That is, for better or worse, Malia Obama in the photo.”

Like him or hate him, it’s a shame to see the president’s daughter experimenting with drugs and being photographed in this sort of way.  Rich or poor, famous or not, it’s hard being a teenager, and it must be very stressful being the daughter of a president who is despised by so many people.  Equally disturbing is the embarrassment this causes to America.  The world used to look at America’s first family with high regard — the White House and its key occupants represented class and integrity.  No longer is it the case.   The Obamas and Clintons have done a remarkable job at tarnishing the image.

The picture of Malia and the bong also include two open containers of orange juice and Coke.  Not exactly two drinks that are typically consumed at the same time of day unless they are being used as mixes for alcoholic beverages.
