KENTUCKY — A man has been arrested after he tried to strangle a woman in a cemetery with the intent to kill her.
Georgetown Police report Brice Gross, 19, snuck up behind an 18-year-old woman on Saturday evening in the Georgetown Cemetery. He began strangling her. Luckily, the woman was able to fight him off and Gross ran away.
Officers found Gross shortly after and took him into custody.
According to his arrest citation, Gross planned to strangle the woman until she was unconscious and put her body in her own vehicle. He was then going to place a rock on the car’s gas pedal and send it into a body of water.
In an interview from jail, Gross told reporters that he was at the cemetery visiting his uncle’s grave when he blacked out and morphed into another personality.
Gross claims he has several hundred personalities with which he copes – though he says nothing violent like this has ever happened.
Gross is now charged with attempted murder and kidnapping.
