Man brutally beats twin brother with baseball bat over Taco Bell

ALABAMA — A young man beat his twin brother with a baseball bat over a Taco Bell meal, according to police.

Tyler Tarell Dukes, 19, became outraged after discovering the victim, Dukes’ brother, didn’t get him a soft drink and would have to share tacos with him, according to a complaint filed by Limestone County Sheriff’s Lt. Rhett McNatt.

According to reports, Tyler retrieved a baseball bat and beat his brother in the back and across the head, causing a deep gash.

First responders found the victim bleeding profusely in an outbuilding and he was rushed to the Athens-Limestone Hospital, according to WAFF.

When Dukes was asked by authorities what prompted the fight, he said of his brother, “He is always disrespecting me.”

Dukes was charged with second-degree assault and taken to the county jail.
