Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.), who recently said she wouldn’t rule out an all-black political party, has labeled President Donald J. Trump a “deplorable human being.” She also says she doesn’t honor or respect him, and often calls out: “Impeach 45!” in reference to Trump, the 45th president of the United States.
In a Saturday tweet, the United States congresswoman called President Trump a “bum & a disgrace,” acknowledging NBA star LeBron James and co-host of ESPN’s SportsCenter, Jemele Hill, who both posted earlier comments which were not positive appraisals of the President. All of the tweets were in reference to President Trump’s tweet about Stephen Curry.
Earlier Saturday, President Trump sent out a tweet, dis-inviting NBA star Stephen Curry to the White House for a post-championship win celebration with his team, the Golden State Warriors. The withdrawn invite was preceded by Curry’s comments, in which he expressed a disinclination to meet the president.
Curry believes his teammates should also refuse an invitation to the traditional White House celebration, saying, “We basically don’t stand for what our President has said, and the things he hasn’t said at the right time.”
James wrote in a tweet: “U bum @StephenCurry30 already said he ain’t going! So therefore ain’t no invite. Going to White House was a great honor until you showed up!”
Hill waded into the fray with a tweet that read: “We have the best NBA player in the world calling 45 a ‘bum’ & one of the best NFL RBs calling him an a-hole. What. A. Time.”
Waters responded with approval. On Twitter, she wrote: “Thank you @jemelehill & @KingJames! Speak truth to power. Trump is a bum & a disgrace & it’s never too early to get ready for impeachment.”

Hill’s reference to “NFL RBs calling him an a-hole” links to another message from the President, this one delivered during a rally in Alabama on Friday night.
While speaking on behalf of Republican senate candidate Luther Strange, President Trump expressed his displeasure over seeing NFL players kneeling during the national anthem.
“We’re proud of our country,” the President said. “We respect our flag.”
Trump then continued, “Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say, ‘Get that son of a b—- off the field right now, out, he’s fired!’” (see the clip HERE).
The NFL itself, along with many players, responded to the declaration made by the President.
Lesean McCoy, running back for the Buffalo Bills, tweeted: “It’s really sad man … our president is a a–hole.”
