Megyn Kelly’s NBC newsmagazine show continues to fall in the ratings, recording new lows in its target demographic and total viewers. In Sunday’s overnight ratings, her “Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly” averaged a 0.4 rating in adults 18-49 and 3.4 million viewers, according to Nielsen data.
Last week, Kelly’s controversial interview with InfoWars founder Alex Jones garnered a 0.5 rating in the demo, and 3.6 million viewers.
“Sunday Night,” which airs at 7 p.m., competes with CBS’ “60 Minutes,” which was also down from its previous new episode on June 11. “60 Minutes” still beat Kelly, with a 0.7 rating and 7.2 million viewers.
Fox, which aired repeats except at 9 p.m. with a new episode of “American Grit” (0.4, 1 million), fell to an average of less than 1 million viewers Sunday night.
ABC led the night, with a rerun of “America’s Funniest Home Videos” dominating the 7 pm time slot with a 0.7 rating and 3.9 million overall viewers. Overall, ABC ended the night with a 1.1 demo rating and 5.4 million viewers.
In total viewers, CBS was second with 4.8 million, NBC was third with 2.7 million, and Fox was fourth in total viewers, with only 980,000.
