First Lady Melania Trump has often spoken out against cyberbullying, and has taken that on as one issue she wants to help stop.

However, she is taking heat over Twitter messages by President Trump, which many have characterized as cyber-bullying.

President Trump tweeted out a slam against Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski Thursday morning, saying, “I heard poorly rated @Morning_Joe speaks badly of me (don’t watch anymore). Then how come low I.Q. Crazy Mika, along with Psycho Joe, came..”

He added in a second tweet, “…to Mar-a-Lago 3 nights in a row around New Year’s Eve, and insisted on joining me. She was bleeding badly from a face-lift. I said no!”

MSNBC responded with a statement accusing Trump of being a bully. “It’s a sad day for America when the president spends his time bullying, lying and spewing petty personal attacks instead of doing his job.”

CNN reporter Jeremy Diamond shot out a tweet Thursday morning, quoting Melania’s spokesperson, Stephanie Grisham, who has previously commented, “As the first lady has stated publicly in the past, when her husband gets attacked, he will punch back 10 times harder.”

Liberals have pounded that statement, noting the First Lady’s anti-cyber bullying platform, and accusing her of allowing her own husband to do it.
