Today is July 27 and I am Dennis Michael Lynch. Below are my opinions on the stories grabbing headlines this morning. I hope you share this briefing as doing so will make you the smartest person in the room, in my opinion. And don’t forget to download the free DML App from the Google Play or Apple App Store to remain connected to me throughout the day.

1-Portland cops find Molotov cocktails
PORTLAND, Ore (AP) — A bag containing loaded rifle magazines and Molotov cocktails was found at a park near where protests have erupted for two months in Portland, Oregon, following the death of George Floyd, police said.

A photo of the items was shared in a tweet from police late Sunday saying someone pointed out the bag to officers at Lownsdale Square Park late Sunday. No further information was immediately released.

The discovery came just hours after two people were arrested following reports that a shot was fired in the same park. Officers responded just before 7:30 p.m. A person believed to be the gunshot victim arrived later at a hospital via a private vehicle with non-life threatening injuries, police said.

DML: The media calls this crap, ‘Peaceful protests.’ It doesn’t matter how many pictures of arson and mayhem we see, nor does it matter how many police tweets offering evidence of the violence there is each day, the media continues to pretend this is some sort of Martin Luther King Jr walk where blacks are singing the songs of Jesus and holding hands in search of a dream.  Nonsense. This is domestic terrorism like never before seen.

2- Trump struggles in Florida, according to polls
CNN reports that a new CNN/SSRS poll finds that former Vice President Joe Biden leads in the state of Florida by a 51% to 46% margin over President Donald Trump among registered voters.

The CNN poll follows a Quinnipiac University poll released earlier this week, which showed Biden with a 51% to 38% lead. Trump hasn’t led in a single Florida poll since early March.

No Republican has won the presidency without Florida since Calvin Coolidge in 1924.

DML: The anti-Trump sentiment across the country is ramping up as COVID-19 cases increase and the looming 2nd wave of shutdowns bear down on an already struggling economy.  So, with COVID-19 hitting Florida the hardest, the president is bound to struggle to win this state in November.  These polls don’t tell us anything we don’t know already.  But the question is, how does Trump overcome the deficit assuming the polls are correct?  My answer is targeted… The best defense he has is a strong economy, but in a state with so many retired people he may want to focus his rhetoric on items that mean the most to the baby boomers.  I would start talking about social security increases real soon Mr. President, and continue to crack down on lawlessness.  People in their 70s and 80s cannot understand what they are seeing in places like Portland.  They want a strong hand at the wheel.

3-Mike Tyson begins promoting reentry into boxing
ABC NEWS reports that Mike Tyson is stepping back into the boxing ring this September for the first time in 15 years.

On Thursday, the former undisputed heavyweight champ announced his return on Twitter, along with a video previewing the matchup with Roy Jones Jr.

DML: Boxing has been dead for so long, I welcome the resurrection of the most entertaining boxer of our lifetime.  He has my pay-per-view money for certain.

4-Iran moves mock aircraft carrier to sea amid US tensions
Iran has moved a mock aircraft carrier to the strategic Strait of Hormuz amid heightened tensions between Tehran and the U.S. A satellite image shows an Iranian fast boat speeding toward the carrier, sending waves up in its wake, after a tugboat pulled her out into the strait. The appearance of the replica in the Strait of Hormuz, through which 20% of the world’s oil passes. suggests Iran’s paramilitary Revolutionary Guard is preparing an encore of a similar mock-sinking it conducted in 2015.

DML: Remember this song? Perhaps a remake is in order? We can ask Tyson to sing it.

5-Eric Bolling in hot water over guest accusing Fauci of manufacturing COVID-19
According to the AP, the Sinclair Broadcast Group said Saturday it is pulling from the air an edition of its “America This Week” program that discusses a conspiracy theory involving Dr. Anthony Fauci and the coronavirus.

“America This Week” is hosted by Eric Bolling, a former Fox News Channel personality, and sent to stations Sinclair owns in 81 markets. The show it initially distributed for this weekend’s show featured an interview with Judy Mikovits, maker of the widely discredited “Plandemic” video, and her lawyer, Larry Klayman.

Mikovits, an anti-vaccine activist, said she believed that Fauci manufactured the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 and shipped it to China. There has been no evidence that the virus was produced in a lab, much less any of Fauci’s involvement.

Bolling did not push back on the claim, or show any evidence of checking its veracity. He followed up with a segment interviewing radiologist Dr. Nicole Saphier, a Fox News contributor, who said she thought Fauci “in no way, shape or form has been involved in the manufacture of this virus.” During the segment, a chyron on the bottom of the screen read “Did Dr. Fauci create coronavirus?” Bolling told CNN Business that he wasn’t even aware of the “Plandemic” video before his bookers arranged for Mikovits’ appearance.

DML: I can care less who created the virus at this point.  Everything hinges on how long we will allow it to stick around and send fear into every state.  The media is keeping this virus in play at levels that are greater than the virus itself. Fauci is an overrated lab rat chaser who changes his story constantly.  Why do we give this guy even five minutes of our time? His presence is baffling.  But then again nothing makes sense these days. His face mask chants and lock-in-place protocols make sense to the people who have no common sense.  He is a sinister old man in my eyes.

MY PARTING WORDS: While the protests continue to boil in the USA, and as health concerns continue to skyrocket, the question becomes what makes sense?  Over the weekend my good friend asked me if I felt more relaxed than usual, as I didn’t appear rattled by what was unfolding in the headlines.  I told her the continued uncertainty is the only level of certainty we can count on.  Meaning, nothing normal will be normal again for a long time, and therefore we have to keep ourselves as balanced as possible.  A strong immune system, ample levels of resting and sleep, rejecting the anxiety, and having a clear mind so that we can understand that the so-called experts are not experts at all are paramount.  She asked how I incorporate such a balanced approach.  I told her straight out: “Since taking my DML CBD I sleep like a baby, and I have never once been sick — no flu, no colds, no viruses.  I have zero levels of anxiety. And when I find myself getting pissed off or uneasy with the situations unfolding in the US, I remind myself that now is a time for leadership and leaders don’t lose their sense of balance.”  With this in mind, if I did not have my DML CBD I don’t think I would be able to get through the day with as much certainty, calm, and ease as I display.  Plus, being pain free is great too!  Don’t wait any longer, get your DML CBD at DMLcbd.com and join the thousands of people who are feeling great again.  DMLcbd.com.  Check out these testimonials:

  1. Agree with you DML especially the song Boom Iran (I remember that song/not title lol). That would be awesome if the President gave Social Security a Big fat Raise, we sure deserve it (Congress give up 10+pay raise) it’s poverty living on it especially in CA…where we have high prices. Keep up the good work.
