Today is September 14 and I am Dennis Michael Lynch. Below are my opinions on the stories grabbing headlines this morning. I hope you share this briefing as doing so will make you the smartest person in the room, in my opinion. And don’t forget to download the free DML App from the Google Play or Apple App Store to remain connected to me throughout the day.
1-Compton ambush: $100G reward offered for information on gunman as manhunt for suspect continues
Los Angeles police officials have announced a $100,000 reward for information that leads them to the gunman who ambushed two sheriff’s deputies in Compton over the weekend.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department announced the six-figure reward late Sunday for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a person seen on dramatic video walking up to a stopped police car, opening fire and running away, critically injuring the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies inside.
DML: This scumbag needs to be taken apart limb by limb.
We at @LASDHQ would like to offer our sincerest appreciation for the overwhelming support being offered from all over the Nation.

2-Gulf Coast residents brace for Sally to possibly become new hurricane
Storm-weary Gulf Coast residents prepared for a new weather onslaught Monday as Tropical Storm Sally churned northward.
Forecasters from the National Hurricane Center in Miami said Sally is expected to become a hurricane on Monday and reach shore by early Tuesday, bringing dangerous weather conditions, including risk of flooding, to a region stretching from Morgan City, Louisiana, to Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
“I know for a lot of people this storm seemed to come out of nowhere,” said Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards. “We need everybody to pay attention to this storm. Let’s take this one seriously.”
Edwards urged people to prepare for the storm immediately. He also said there are still many from southwestern Louisiana who evacuated from Hurricane Laura into New Orleans — exactly the area that could be hit by Sally, which is a slow-moving storm.
DML: Always take the weather seriously, Mother Nature makes her own rules.
3-CNN cuts off guest during pro-Trump message
White House adviser Peter Navarro was seemingly cut off by CNN host Jake Tapper during an episode of “State of the Union” on Sunday after the two got into a heated debate about the Trump administration’s handling of the coronavirus outbreak.
The interview lasted for several minutes with Tapper giving Navarro the floor to speak at the beginning of the sitdown. Things escalated quickly, however, and the exchange was abruptly shut down after the conversation devolved into a political fight.
“I’m not giving you ten minutes to do this,” Tapper said at one point as Navarro walked him through a decision timeline. The former ABC White House correspondent then began continually attacking President Trump and periodically interrupted Navarro to refute his points.
“This is not fair, Jake. You’re constantly interrupting me and you’re not letting me talk,” Navarro shot back as the two continued. When Tapper said he was dodging the question, Navarro replied, “You just don’t like the answer.”
DML: Watch for yourself… CNN is a bunch of losers. See video below.

4-Protests erupt in Lancaster over black man being shot by cop
Protesters took to the streets in Lancaster, Pa., on Sunday just hours after police fatally shot a man who authorities said was captured on bodycam video “brandishing a knife over his head” in a threatening manner.
Lancaster District Attorney’s Office said that the investigation is in its early stages. But videos emerged online that showed protesters outside the Lancaster Police headquarters and calling for accountability.

DML: I guess the animals in the video want cops to allow men with knives to move freely. If this is the case, why not invite over every UK-based terrorist and put them into the black neighborhoods. Lets see how long it is until the residents call the cops for help.
5-Fauci says that he takes supplements and that they can lessen ‘your susceptibility to infection’
Dr. Anthony Fauci, who is often referred to as the nation’s leading authority and serves as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, gave an Instagram Live interview with the actress Jennifer Garner on Thursday in which he specifically suggested taking supplements Vitamins C and D and said he took them himself.
However, Fauci still recommends masks, social distancing, and hand hygiene as the best practices for keeping yourself and others safe.
Garner asked if concerned parents could help boost children’s immune systems by giving them more healthy foods such as spinach. Fauci said, “The answer, to the dismay of many, is no.”
DML: This man is a total clown in my opinion, I’ll eat my spinach all day knowing it’s good for me. Whatever Fauci says must be taken with a grain of salt considering he is pushing so hard for a vaccine. Why is it that we never heard anything about the immune system from Fauci during all those press conferences with Trump? Why didn’t he say anything about his supplement intake months ago? Instead we got a ton of hot wind. We got his fear mongering. He pushed social distancing and mask wearing, shutdowns and closings. I remind you of his photo from the Nationals baseball game just months ago when he sat in the stands arm to arm with two friends and had no mask on while speaking. Meanwhile, the GM of the team was recently tossed from the stadium by umpires for not wearing his mask in his own private booth with no other person in sight.
