Morning TV hosts mock Trump with ‘Felony Friday’ label (video)

“Morning Joe” co-hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski are at it again, continuing their mocking assault on President Trump.

On Thursday, it was announced that special counsel Robert Mueller is impaneling a grand jury in his investigation into alleged Russian interference of the 2016 U.S. presidential election, along with searching to see if there was “collusion” between the Trump campaign and Russia.

On their “Morning Joe” show on Friday, Scarborough and Brzezinski mockingly labeled the day, “Failure Friday,” as they jumped on the grand jury story.

In their panel discussion, they noted that this is no small deal – if you lie before a grand jury, you’re going to jail, and “if you’re a president, you’re going to get impeached,” leaving the indication that the president may have already committed such a thing.

“Ooh, what is Saturday going to bring? That’s what I want to know because this has been one hell of a week,” Brzezinski raved.

“Do you know what you called last Friday?” Scarborough asked.

“Failure Friday,” she responded. “So, what do we call this one … Grand jury Friday?”

“I think, actually… write it down, children… #FelonyFriday. We have a winner at 6:02! Thank you so much. Have a great weekend.”

“That’s a good one, Joe,” retorted Brzezinski.

On Wednesday, the “Morning Joe” crew hit on the story about the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich, accusing Fox News and President Trump of using the story and pushing “fake news.”

“A murdered young man, Seth Rich, has been used to try to draw attention away from this Russian story, right?” Scarborough alleged.

Last week, Scarborough went on a rant directed at Trump, telling him to just “stop watching this show and turn on ‘SportsCenter’ instead.”

“I know you never watch this show, Donald, but whatever show you’re watching, it’s making you crazy!” he said.
