Muslim Leader of Women’s March Blasts Trump and Netanyahu

Outside the White House on Wednesday, a noted Women’s March organizer proclaimed that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is a bigot who is not welcome in the United States.

Linda Sarsour, a Palestinian activist and executive director of the Arab American Association of New York, also called President Trump a bigot, saying that he and Netanyahu are two “bigoted peas in a hateful pod,” Twitchy reported on Thursday.

Sarsour has become known for her controversial and often contradictory remarks. Twitchy cited two tweets, in particular, that seem to contain opposing messages.

The first tweet charges that two women deserve an “a$$ whippin,” with Sarsour wishing she could “take their vaginas” because “they don’t deserve to be women.”

Later, Sarsour published a tweet conveying a very different message: “We can disagree & still love each other, unless your disagreement is rooted in my oppression & denial of my humanity and right to exist.”

Sarsour has been an outspoken critic of Netanyahu, once asserting in a tweet that the Israeli prime minister is “a waste of a human being.”

In 2012, The Washington Free Beacon reported that Sarsour accused the New York Police Department of “manufacturing” terrorism cases that target Muslim-Americans. She also claimed, in 2003, that her “Arab pride was hurt” after U.S. forces captured former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, who she asserted had done much to help Palestinians.
