Nancy Sinatra wants mass execution of “murderous” NRA members

According to a tweet from singer-actress Nancy Sinatra on Thursday, the “murderous members of the NRA” should be executed by a firing squad for their support of the 2nd Amendment.

In the wake of the Las Vegas massacre, in which 59 innocent concertgoers were shot to death by “murderous” gunman Stephen Paddock, Sinatra blamed members of the National Rifle Association (NRA) and said that President Trump was “complicit” in the killing spree.

Now, the eldest daughter of Frank Sinatra believes that another round of killings would be appropriate.

Sinatra reportedly tweeted her message — which has since been removed — in response to another man’s tweet, declaring the “burden of proof” in the Las Vegas massacre should be placed on the Virginia-based gun rights advocacy group.

Sinatra, the eldest daughter of late entertainment icon Frank Sinatra, joins numerous other celebrities, including Jimmy Kimmel, Ashton Kutcher, Elizabeth Banks, Jeffrey Wright, Alyssa Milano, and Tom Arnold, who have ramped up calls for increased gun control measures this week.

“The murderous members of the NRA should face a firing squad,” Sinatra wrote.

On Wednesday, documentary filmmaker Michael Moore proposed a “28th Amendment” to the U.S. Constitution in an effort to nullify the 2nd Amendment, which grants the right to own a firearm to every American.

“We CAN join the community of enlightened nations where gun violence is that rare occurrence — as opposed to the daily tragedy we now suffer here in the United States of America,” Moore wrote in a post on Facebook. “This can come to an end with the repeal of the 2nd Amendment and replacing it with the 28th Amendment.”

Sinatra was slammed for her comments on Twitter and later replied that she “didn’t say every” member of the NRA, just the “murderous ones.”
