Ads for an actual brand of marijuana will appear in newspapers, social media and billboards.
For the first time in history, a group of organic marijuana farmers from Northern California is launching a well-orchestrated marketing campaign promoting an actual brand of pot.
The ads read: “Craft farmers, small-batch, sustainable. That’s cannabis, the California way.”
The $200,000 campaign also includes a series of videos and a sponsorship deal with San Francisco’s Earth Day Film Festival.
The ads will target the areas of San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley.
