On Monday, Leland Vittert of Fox News’ “Happening Now” interviewed David Keyes, a spokesman for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who says President Barack Obama has abandoned Israel.
During the interview, Keyes said that Israel is deeply disappointed with the “shameful” U.N. resolution.
“It’s outrageous, it’s shameful, and we are deeply, deeply, disappointed that president Obama has abandoned Israel in this form.”
Keyes then went on to express Israel’s frustrations and concerns with the resolution, as well as what the future looks like between the Jewish state and the Palestinians.
The interview came after Keyes said Sunday that the Israeli government has “ironclad” information tying President Barack Obama to the anti-Israel resolution passed last week by the United Nations Security Council.
“Well, we have ironclad information, frankly, that the Obama administration really helped push this resolution and helped craft it, from sources internationally and from sources in the Arab world, and it’s really an unfortunate legacy, kind of last minute jab at Israel that actually distances peace,” Keyes said.
