While most Americans were captivated by television coverage of FBI leaker James Comey’s testimony last week, North Koreans were busy plotting America’s destruction.   North Korea’s leadership now claims that it’s “not far away” from test-firing an intercontinental ballistic missile that could strike the United States.

In a recent report from the state-run Korean Central News Agency, “U.S. President Donald Trump has said the world will never see North Korea reach the final stage of developing nuclear weapons that could reach the U.S. But recent strategic weapon tests have proved the country is ‘not far away’ from testing an ICBM.”

The report further predicted that “the end of the U.S.’s policies against North Korea are near reality.”

North Korea reportedly launched multiple land-to-ship missiles last week, putting allies in the region on high alert, especially South Korea and Japan.

Despite intentional pressure to stop testing missiles, Pyongyang defiantly continues to develop its nuclear programs and build a weapon capable of striking the continental U.S. as well as threatening to attack South Korea and Japan, where tens of thousands of U.S. troops are stationed.
