The Obama family recently sent out their last Christmas card from the White House. But the annual greeting is catching the eye of many as it is lacking something – Merry Christmas.
According to the Huffington Post, the photo was taken in March at a state dinner honoring Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The card was mailed to their friends, supporters, and members of the media.
The holiday card reads, “As our family reflects on many happy years spent in the White House, we are grateful for the friends we’ve made, the joy we’ve shared, and the gifts of kindness we’ve received. We wish you and your loved ones a joyous holiday season and a wonderful new year.”
Something was notably missing from the warm wishes that the Obamas sent out, and many are taking to the internet to call out the family for the obvious snub on the religious holiday.
