President Barack Obama called the torture of a mentally disabled white man by 4 blacks who broadcast the entire event on Facebook Live “despicable,” but said the incident is not a sign that racial tensions are worsening in the United States.

In an interview with a local CBS News station in Chicago, Obama rejected the idea that race relations under his leadership have gone in the wrong direction.  He believes race relations are heading in the right direction — he says they just appear to be worse because racial issues are more visible in the digital age.

The lame duck president had the audacity to claim that race relations in the U.S. are “very positive.”

Chicago police filed hate-crime charges against the four black suspects, who treated the white, young adult male like a caged animal. The suspects also screamed profanities about whites and Donald Trump, as heard in their posted video.
