Obama continues to vacation this week, returning to Indonesia, where he spent four years as a child.

This is the second time the former President has been back to the country since he moved there when he was 6, after his mother married an Indonesian man following the divorce of his Kenyan father.

Barack and Michelle visited in 2010, and this time they brought Malia and Sasha. The family was greeted by a mass of onlookers upon arriving on the island of Bali, and were accompanied by a host of government security personnel when they visited a Buddhist Temple on the island of Java.

Obama is due to meet President Joko Widodo on Friday in his palace south of Jakarta. The family is due to visit the capital on Saturday.
