The Indiana GOP attempted to hammer home the Better Care Reconciliation Act with their voters by having them send in their Obamacare “horror stories” via Facebook, and they didn’t get the kind of stories they were hoping for.

Expecting to hear complaints about high premiums and having to switch insurance companies, the Indiana GOP posted to Facebook, “What’s your Obamacare horror story? Let us know.” The post was subsequently flooded with positive stories, The Indianapolis Star reported.

“My sister finally has access to affordable quality care and treatment for her diabetes,” one person wrote, according to the news outlet.

“My father’s small business was able to insure its employees for the first time ever. #thanksObama,” another said.

The GOP is pushing Obamacare negativity nationwide as Senate Republicans seek to attempt to pass their replacement bill as soon as they get back to Washington following the fourth of July recess.

However, it apparently hasn’t gotten any easier for Senators on the fence to vote yay, as one Indiana voter responded about Obamacare,”the only horror in the story is that Republicans might take it away.”
