A moving truck parked outside the White House is a friendly reminder that Obama’s time in office is almost over and that the Trump administration is about to begin.

It is reported that the moving truck was parked on West Executive Avenue, a street located in-between the West Wing of the White House and the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.
After leaving the White House, the Obamas will move into a home in Washington D.C.’s Kalorama neighborhood. Their new home is located just two blocks away from a home Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, recently purchased.
Upon the Obama family’s exit of the White House – at 10:30 a.m. on Inauguration Day – the residence will immediately be turned over to the president-elect, and staffers will begin the moving process.
“It’s more like organized chaos,” Former White House Chief Usher Stephen Rochon said. “We have one truck on the south lawn that belongs to the outgoing president and First Family facing south, and the incoming truck facing north toward the White House on the east side of the south grounds.”
