Office worker on knife rampage kills colleagues

A knife-wielding man has killed three people and injured four others after going on a rampage in Beijing, China.

Wang Xiang, 40, attacked three of the victims Thursday morning after a disagreement erupted with colleagues in the office where they worked.

Following the attacks, Wang left the building and drove to another location where he randomly attacked passers-by.

In order to stop the assailant, police officers fired their guns at him. His current condition is unknown.

China prohibits private gun ownership, making knives and homemade bombs the most frequent weapons used in vicious attacks.
