The scene is set up as a cozy, whispered chat about a dramatic experience that no one else should be eavesdropping on, but it’s all set to air on live TV Thursday evening, and a sneak preview has just been released to the public.
Omarosa Manigault is interviewed by Ross Matthews on “Big Brother: Celebrity Edition,” on her time in the White House, which airs Thursday night at 8:00-9:00 pm ET/PT.
Ross tells Omarosa in the preview just released, “From the outside, as a voter and citizen, I never got it, why you went to the White House with him?”
“I felt like it was a call to duty, I was serving my country, not serving him,” Omarosa said, whispering dramatically, “I was haunted by tweets every single day, like ‘what is he going to tweet next?'”
“It’s bad,” she claimed, adding, “No, it’s not going to be ok.”
Manigault, who was a staunch Trump supporter, served as the director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison in the Trump administration until her resignation in December. She also served as director of African American outreach during Trump’s presidential campaign. At the time of her resignation, it was reported that she was forcibly removed from the White House grounds, a report she has denied.
