Fans of Bill O’Reilly will still be able to tune in to hear his views, for a price.
O’Reilly and Fox News parted ways last week after owners became concerned about the five sexual harassment allegations leveled against their number one ratings earner.
O’Reilly has denied all claims, saying the allegations against him are “completely unfounded.” In a statement released after the split, he said he’d been, “extremely proud to launch and lead one of the most successful news programs in history, which has consistently informed and entertained millions of Americans and significantly contributed to building Fox into the dominant news network in television”.
Starting this Monday, fans of O’Reilly will be able to enjoy him at 7 pm Eastern on his new “No Spin News” podcast.
The podcast will only be available to those with a premium subscription to his website, at a cost of $49.95 per year, or $4.95 per month.
Over at Fox News, Tucker Carlson will be taking on O’Reilly’s vacated 8 p.m. ET time slot. His first show at the new time will air on the same date of O’Reilly’s first “No Spin News” podcast – Monday, April 24. Carlson will have Caitlyn Jenner as one of his first guests.
