Bill O’Reilly panned Hillary Clinton after her recent speech — calling her the “most divisive woman in the country” — in which she implored an audience at a St. Patrick’s Day event in Scranton, Pennsylvania, “We’ve got to keep trying to listen to each other.”
In her speech, Clinton claimed she was “coming out of the woods” to talk about not letting “personal divides become political divides.” Could she be plotting another run for president?
The political commentator called into “Fox & Friends Weekend” to discuss Clinton’s comments.
“She was the worst candidate I’ve ever seen in my entire life” said O’Reilly, who has covered news for more than 40 years. O’Reilly added that he hopes Clinton will stay out of electoral politics from now on and focus on “rebooting” her foundation, instead.
“This is a bunch of garbage, and this is not a woman who wanted to ever bring anybody together in her entire life. She’s ruthless. She wanted to be president and she’s teed off she’s not,” he said.
O’Reilly also talked about other potential candidates for the 2020 presidential election, noting that Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-N.Y.) has already started fundraising for a possible run and Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D-Va.), a Clinton family friend, is also eyeing a future run for the presidency.
Both of these candidates could have the Clintons backing them.
