The organization behind a petition to #Drumptrump has connections to George Soros.
A petition started by the ultra-liberal women’s rights group, “UltraViolet” has already been signed by 13,000 people, asking Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos to cut ties with Trump. The petition reads:
[pullquote align=”full” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””] Despite Donald Trump’s sexist, racist comments, Amazon is promoting and profiting from him and his brand. The online behemoth sells Trump’s line of menswear–even though companies like Macy’s bailed on Trump’s brand of hate last year. Trump is inciting violence at his rallies and spewing vitriol that white supremacists like David Duke love. So why is Amazon continuing to support the Trump empire? Many of us use Amazon, and the company has responded to our pressure before over the selling of sexist products. It needs to follow suit when it comes to Trump products. Will you add your name now? [/pullquote]
Who is funding UltraViolet? Here is one strand of the tangled web of Soros-connected partnerships:
Women Donors Network members were the first seed funders of UltraViolet. A statement from their website: “WDN provided crucial support to Ultraviolet when it was first launching and the investment has certainly reaped dividends of positive impact in the fight against sexism.”
Two partner organizations listed on the WDN website are Center For Community Change and Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. Both of these groups are on the list of organizations funded by George Soros.
Whether directly or indirectly, George Soros’ money is hard at work trying to stop Donald Trump.
UltraViolet also has a petition started asking GOOGLE to cut ties with Trump by refusing to sponsor the GOP Convention in Cleveland.
