A major goal of the Trump administration is to formally relocate the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem as a sign of strong support for Israel.
President Trump has vehemently promised since being inducted as commander-in-chief that this will be a committed goal for his government, and it looks like it’s finally coming to fruition. Vice President Mike Pence reconfirmed Trump’s ambitions in a speech in Israel.
In a tweet accompanied with a video, Pence writes: “The Trump administration will advance our plan to open the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem – and the Embassy will open before the end of next year.
