It’s the video everyone is talking about: A passenger is literally dragged off a United Airlines flight by police.
The CEO of United Airlines originally defended the removal. But after the company’s stock dropped and a petition to have him removed as CEO went into action, he has issued two apologies.
Oscar Munoz said in a statement issued Tuesday that he continues to be disturbed by the events that unfolded at Chicago O’Hare, adding that, “No one should ever be mistreated this way.”
