Yesterday, we posted a video from Watters World that simply baffles the mind.   In the video, Fox News host Jesse Watters goes to a Long Island beach and asks millennials to describe what Memorial Day is all about.  The answers are shameful.  You can watch the short video clip by clicking here.

So many of the stories we report each week reflect a generation that is self-absorbed, socially confused, terribly spoiled, and completely out of touch with the realities of what it took to build this country and what it takes to keep it going.  Often referred to as “snowflakes,” millennials often think everything is about them, they feel entitled, and they need safe spaces in order to avoid being “offended.”

This leads us to ask the question, ‘are the millennials missing the true meaning of America?’  Are they overlooking the cost of freedom, and the meaning of hard work and true sacrifice?  Or are we older folks simply forgetting what it’s like to be young or naive?
