Ivanka Trump has recently accepted a position as Assistant to the President and taken an office in the West Wing of the White House.
She has also been seen attending meetings with high-ranking foreign leaders and officials.
This week, the first daughter released a statement addressing concerns some have over her role, saying that she is “working in good faith with the White House Counsel and my personal counsel to address the unprecedented nature of my role.” In the position, she will be classified as a government employee but will not be taking a salary.
Please take our poll — Do you feel comfortable with President Trump’s daughter becoming the second family member outside of himself and the first lady to assist the administration in an official capacity? Do you see Ivanka as an asset to Trump’s conservative agenda?
