A U.S. Navy strike group is being relocated to the western Pacific Ocean near North Korea as concerns mount over the country’s advancing weapons program.

The USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier was pulled from the Singapore region Saturday and is en route to a position near the Korean Peninsula.

In response, Pyongyang is vowing swift action and “catastrophic consequences” for any moves the United States might make, particularly in light of the rapid action taken in response to Syria’s chemical weapons attack last week.

Please take our poll —  Do you think the United States will go to war with N. Korea in the next few months?
