Green Party presidential nominee and “Bernie Sanders Plan B” option Jill Stein is facing possible charges over trespassing and vandalizing construction equipment at the North Dakota. In a recorded video, Stein is seen in shabby clothing along with protesters, spray painting in red “I approve this message” on a bulldozer at the Standing Rock location in North Dakota.

Stein quickly took to social media to lash out at the possible charges. On Facebook, she wrote, “The state of North Dakota may charge me with vandalism for painting a bulldozer. The company building the pipeline, Energy Transfer Partners, has yet to comment on the Stein controversy.
