Regarding the leaked audio tape of Donald Trump making degrading remarks about women in 2005, former Alaskan Governor and 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin has come to Trump’s defense. A staunch supporter of Trump since the beginning of the campaign trail, Palin claims she had overheard “much worse in locker rooms” during her younger years as a sports reporter.
“As a former sports reporter, I’ve heard much worse in locker rooms,” Palin said in a Facebook post. Palin worked as a sportscaster back in the late 1980’s.
After the second presidential debate ended, she applauded and labeled Trump’s performance as a “slam dunk.” Palin also addressed Hillary Clinton and the infidelity of her husband, former President Bill Clinton, as well as the rape allegations associated with the Clinton family from victims like Juanita Broaddrick.
