Emails prove Clinton’s team first tried to withhold evidence, then they tried to hide it.
A short email exchange between Clinton team executives John Podesta and Cheryl Mills provide additional rock-solid evidence that Obama did indeed exchange emails with Hillary Clinton using the address on her private server.
WikiLeaks has released an email exchange from Podesta’s account, dated March 4, 2015, showing Podesta was worried about turning over emails between Clinton and Obama.
He writes to Cheryl Mills, “Think we should hold emails to and from potus? That’s the heart of his exec privilege. We could get them to ask for that. They may not care, but I (it) seems like they will.”
Mills wrote back, “There were only a handful and all were kind exchanges,” not seeming to realize that just their very presence confirmed that Obama knew about the personal email account being used for government business.

They were about to wake up, however, because just 3 days later, on March 7, Obama made the public statement that he only found out about Hillary Clinton’s use of her personal email when he saw it in the news like everyone else.
Hillary’s team came alive, and decided they needed to “clean this up” because “he has emails from her and they do not say state.gov.”
