While stopped for gas at a Fulton County gas station, actress Queen Latifah’s 2015 Mercedes Benz S63 was stolen.

Police reported that another driver was traveling in Latifah’s vehicle and had stopped to fill up the car with gas.

While pumping gas at a Shell station, the driver noticed a white BMW pull up near him. He then heard Latifah’s vehicle ignition start and the criminal take off in the starlet’s car.

Police contacted Queen Latifah, whose real name is Dana Owens, regarding the incident.

Officers were able to track down the vehicle to an apartment complex on McDaniel Street in Southwest Atlanta.

According to the AJC.com, security said they spotted the stolen vehicle with three men standing nearby it. They also identified a Dodge Charger that fit the description of another stolen vehicle.

Upon Latifah’s inspection of the recovered vehicle, she found lemonade and fruit punch bottles left behind by the thieves, said Fox 5.

Latifah is just one of many unfortunate victims of the theft spree that has been occurring throughout south Fulton County.

The thieves are still at large.
