REPORT: 16-year-old boy among 16 shot, 1 fatally, in Chicago

One man was killed and 15 other people were wounded in separate shootings across the city on Friday and early Saturday, Chicago police said.

In the homicide, a 39-year-old man was found dead in an alley in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The article goes on to state the following:

Officers were called to the 11700 block of South Normal Avenue around 9:35 p.m. Friday for reports of gunfire and found the man, identified as Anthony Dobson, of the 500 block of West 118th Street, in the alley with gunshot wounds to the face and buttocks, according to police. He was pronounced dead on scene.
