A San Francisco Bay Area sheriff says four suspects have been arrested in the killings of five people at an Airbnb party on Halloween night, and a fifth person has been arrested on charges of being an accessory.

The five men were arrested Thursday in various Northern California cities in connection with the Oct. 31 shooting in Orinda. They range in age from 20 to 30 years old.

Sheriff David Livingston says in a statement that two of those who died at the unsanctioned party also were armed, which “may have played a role in the tragedy.”
