A 6-year-old autistic boy from Washington was hospitalized after bullies pummeled him for standing up for his friend, according to the boy’s mom.
Carter has a broken arm, a lacerated eye, a concussion and numerous cuts and bruises after confronting a pack of seven kids around his age at his apartment complex in Olympia, according to a GoFundMe set up to help his mom, Dana English, cover his medical bills. So far, the page has raised $14,332 — more than double the goal of $5,500.
