REPORT: Amount Trump’s Regulation Cuts Have Already Saved

The American Action Forum (AAF) has been tracking the progress of the Trump administration’s regulatory modernization; and from the figures released, Trump has already cut $2.83 billion in regulation costs.

In addition, figures show Congress and the administration have cut back 41 million hours in paperwork.

According to the AAF, these numbers were compiled after Trump’s executive order establishing a regulatory budget in the U.S. and the first repeal of a rule through the Congressional Review Act.

The data shown below is from 2017 alone. Keep checking American Action Forum’s website for updates on this list.
