Joel Schelling, 23, was arrested at the Eindhoven Railway Station shortly after the body of Sarah Papenheim was discovered in her room at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

A psychology student, she was also a blues drummer. She had a gig booked for Dec. 22 in Minneapolis.

The witness, another musician, took photos of the moment cops surrounded Schelling at the station and cleared the platform while they examined his double bass case.
